We have a 14-day exchange policy for clothing with the EXCEPTION of undergarments, fajas, and shapewear, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange due to incorrect sizing. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, we will take care of the shipping to send that back to us. You will receive credit to purchase another item of similar or/same value. Please note that we do inspect each piece once we receive it but we also know that very rarely, we could have an item that slips through. 

To start a return, you need to contact us at jsblessedboutique@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

P.O. Box 73743, Puyallup, Wa 98373 

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a credit towards any other product in the boutique. We will notify you as soon as we receive and check the item/s.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items CANNOT be returned: undergarments, lingerie, fajas, shapewear, and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
