Política de envío

All of the orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, Monday thru Friday with the exception of Holidays. Your tracking number will be provided to you via email. Once you receive the link, make sure to click on your link to see the status of your shipment.

  • Shipping costs are within the United States & Puerto Rico. 
  • Shipping turn around is a maximum of 2 weeks, most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
  • In case of wrong shipping information being provided to us and the package is returned to us, it is your responsibility to pay the new cost for shipping your package to you. That is a cost that isn't free to us and needs to be paid once again.
  • In case, there is a missing item in your order, you will need to send an email to "jsblessedboutique@gmail.com" and let us know within 48 hours of you receiving your package. We check orders minimum of 3 times BEFORE sealing the package and shipping it out. Anything outside of that time frame will NOT be honored. 
  • WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN. If you would like to make sure you get your package delivered to your hands, "SIGNATURE GUARANTEE" is recommended for your order. 
  • If you have a damaged product, please let us know by sending us an email within 48 hours the latest so we can take care of your item. Anything outside of that will NOT be honored. 
  • If you have an intimate toy in your order, it is your responsibility to make sure that it is working properly upon receiving the package. If for any reason the toy is damaged or not properly working, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once properly notified, we will exchange the damage item (shipping fee will NOT be reimbursed & the item will need to be in our hands within 14 days of order being delivered). The item will be exchanged for the same item if still available or a similar one of the same value, if not available, at consultants discretion.

SHIPPING FOR CUSTOM ITEMS:

  • They may take up to 2 extra days after order is placed to make sure the custom item is fully sealed & ready for use.
